Sherry cask matured single malt whisky, smoked with Danish beechwood. Bøg takes its name and flavour from distinctly Danish beechwood smoke. Matured in oloroso and PX sherry casks. A pleasantly smoky, deep, intense and fruity whisky.

Spelt-Rye
Spelt-Rye is made from malted spelt, rye and barley – grains that are all part of our organic crop rotation. Matured in new American oak casks. Our elegant, sweet, spicy and floral take on a Nordic rye whisky.

Thy contains all the elements that make a Thy Whisky truly special. A whisky where the grain and malt take centre stage. Made with carefully selected organic grains, grown on our own fields. A gentle sweetness and a subtle touch of beechwood smoke from the malting in our own drum maltings. Our unique single distillation process is designed to preserve as much of the malt and grain aroma as possible. Finally, the whisky is matured in a mix of bourbon, oloroso, and PX sherry casks – creating a fine balance of vinous sweetness, vanilla, and warm oak spice that complements the whisky’s malty character.
Bøg is inspired by the scent of campfires and the smokehouses along Thy’s windswept coast. Crafted from organic barley grown in the fields around us. Malted and smoked at our own drum maltings using Danish beechwood smoke. Gently single-distilled to preserve the rich, malty smoke character, and matured in old sherry casks. This whisky is warm and smoky, with a soft sweetness of baked fruits, a malty depth, and a rich, fruity sweetness from the oloroso and PX sherry cask maturation.
