Price and payment
In this store you can order your goods online and pay with Danish and foreign debit cards and MobilePay. All prices are incl. VAT.The payment is deducted on the day when the goods are shipped or when your cask share confirmed by mail.
Order
Your order will only be completed when you click on “Complete payment”. If you leave the page before then, the purchase transaction is not completed. The system sends you an order overview on the email you have provided. When your order is dispatched and ready for shipment, you will again receive an electronic message with shipping information. Your order is first finally confirmed and completed upon receipt of this mail.

Delivery and transport
The delivery of goods from Thy Whisky considered to have happened when the customer has been given the item. All orders are shipped with GLS or PostNord unless otherwise agreed separately between buyer and Thy Whisky. The price of shipping is calculated at checkout. For orders to be delivered within Denmark's borders, there is free shipping from DKK 699.
The goods are shipped as far as possible within 3 business days of order received. Delivery at the buyer's address in Denmark will therefore usually take place within 5 business days. Stated delivery time is indicative and can thus be waived.

Cancellation right
Thy Whisky Provides 14 days right of withdrawal, applicable from the day you receive the item. Do you regret the purchase, must Thy Whisky Notified of this no later than 14 days after the day you got the item in hand. For private casks and cask shares However, the right of withdrawal lapses on the day when the dish is filled. The message should be given to info@thy-whisky.DK or on phone6989 9001. In your message, you must clear us clearly that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
You can cancel a purchase by either refusing to receive the item, by transferring the item to the postal service, or by returning the item at the specified address. No matter what method you use, we ask you to notify us.
Return
You have a duty to return the item in substantially the same condition and quantity as it has been received. This also applies to the packaging and the info signs that are on the item. Upon return, you are responsible for the item being properly wrapped. Products with seal must therefore be returned with unbroken seal. You must bear the costs associated with returning the item yourself. If an item is refused to be received or not picked up in parcel shop reserves Thy Whisky ApS right to reimburse the purchase price less the price of the shipping from the customer.
We complete a refund with the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction. We can withhold the repayment until we have received the item back.

Complaints
When you buy items at Thy Whisky ApS, of course, you have 24 months of complaints.This means that you can, as a starting point, get the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or reject in the price, depending on the specific situation.

Remember to save original packaging as the item at any time. Complaints or damage must be returned in original packaging.
