Introduction

When you visit our website, information is collected about you that are used to customize and improve our content. If you do not want information to be collected, you should delete your cookies (see instructions). Below we have elaborated on what information is collected, their purpose and which third parties have access to them.

Cookies

The website uses "cookies", which is a text file that is stored on your computer, mobile electricity. Similarly for the purpose of recognizing it, remembering settings, performing statistics and targeting ads. Cookies cannot contain malicious code such as virus.

The website contains cookies from third parties that include varying extent:

- Necessary cookies help make the website work. They can activate basic features such as side navigation and so we can remember what items you put in the basket in the webshop. It also requires a necessary cookie when we use Queue-IT to create a queue feature of our release or when we use Klaviyo to handle your signup for our newsletter. Website cannot work properly without these cookies
- Statistics Cookies help us to create a better website. We do not forward data to external data processors, but we even store information about your visit to become better at understanding how they interact with our website. Everything is collected and reported anonymously.
- Marketing cookies enable us and our advertising partners to target and optimise ads across websites and social media. When you consent to marketing cookies, certain contact information (e.g. your email address) may be processed in hashed and pseudonymised form and shared with selected partners, including Meta (Facebook), for the purpose of measuring the effectiveness of our ads and displaying more relevant advertising. The information is hashed in your browser before being shared, and is only used if you have given consent to marketing.

Personal information

Generally

Personal information is all kinds of information that can be attributed to you to some extent. When you use our website, we collect and process a number of such information. It happens e.g. By Alm. Access of content, if you sign up for our newsletter, participate in competitions or order an order in our webshop, register as a user or subscriber, other use of services or make purchases through the website.

We typically collect and process the following types of information: a unique ID and technical information about your computer, tablet or mobile phone, your IP number, geographical location, and which pages you click on.

To the extent that you explicitly consent to this and enter the information yourself, for example in connection with an order on the webshop or when registering for our newsletter The information is also processed: Name, telephone number, e-mail, address and payment information.

Security

We have taken technical and organizational measures against the fact that your information is accidentally or illegally deleted, published, lost, deteriorating or coming to the knowledge of unauthorized persons, abused or otherwise processed in violation of the legislation.
Purpose
The information is used to register your purchases and payments, as well as being able to provide the services you have requested, such as to submit a newsletter. In addition, we use the information to optimize our services and content.

Period for storage

The information is stored until we no longer need the data. The period depends on the nature of the information and the background of storage.

- Data that form web statistics to optimize the use of the website is deleted after 14 months.
- Data derived from the purchase of goods or service on the website is deleted after 24 months.
- Data derived from the purchase of cask shares or whole casks be stored as long as that in question cask is in our custody, plus 12 months.

Disclosure of information

Data on your use of the website, geographical location, etc. be disclosed to third parties to the extent that this information is known. The information is used for statistics and optimization of the website.

We also use a number of third parties for storing and processing data, as part of our logistics for our webshop. These process only information on our behalf and may not use them for their own purposes. We have entered into a data processing agreement with these, which obliges them to comply with the current legislation.

If you have indicated that you wish to receive a newsletter from us, we will pass on personal information, including your name and email admission to the external data processor. You can unsubscribe at any time our newsletter at the bottom of the emails we send out.

Disclosure of personal information such as name and e-mail, etc. will only happen if you give consent to it. We only use data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with adequate protection.

We use Google Analytics to analyze how users use the website. The information that the cookie collects about your use (traffic data, including your IP address) is sent to and stored on Google's servers in the United States.You can opt out of cookies from Google Analytics here.

Webshop

We collect information about you through the ordering process at our webshop at Shopify.

Information as we collect and save
When you visit our webshop we will trace:
• Items you have seen: We will use this information to, for example, show you items that you have seen recently.
• Location, IP address and browser type: We will use this information for purposes such as VAT and Shipment Calculation.
• Delivery address: We will request you to enter this so that we can, for example, calculate shipping costs before you place an order and send you the order.

We also use cookies to keep track of the contents of the basket while using our webshop.

Which employees have access

Employees have access to the information that you give us.
For example, administrators as well as co -owners have access to:
Order information such as what was purchased, when it was purchased and to which it was to be sent, and
Customer Information such as your name, email address and information on billing and shipping.

We have access to this information to be able to complete orders, handle refunds and support you.

Payments

Our payment is made via the third party Quickpay or Shopify. When payment is processed, some data will be passed on to Quickpay in order for them to safely implement the order. This includes credit card information. We have a data processing agreement with QuickPay, which ensures that this data is only used to make the payment. Nothing else.

Insights and complaints

You have the right to inform what personal information we process about you. In addition, you may at any time object to the use of information. You can also revoke your consent to information about you. If the information being processed about you is incorrect you have the right to be corrected or deleted.
