Over the past few weeks, we have distilled some of the most intense and tasty book -smoked New Make we've ever made.

The full burner smoke topples out of the glass. Soft fruity aromas lie below. A super tasty balance that delivers a clear tale of the archedian Bøg.

The book -smoked malt filled on freshly tapped px-casks

Three of the dishes we have just bottled As absolutely amazingly tasty fade owner casks with smoke (cask 354, 355 and 357) after just three years. The remaining casks are selected for our next bottling.

It's all intense and cute px casks with a low level of bitter oak rannins. With other filling we expect we will have time to make a calm maturation of the whisky over 6-8 years but a balanced sweetness where the beechwood smoke still will be clear in the finished bottle.

We try a little forward and set an open date for bottling between 6 and 8 years. We meet in years 2, 4 and 6 to take cutlery of the dish's development.
