For the summer of 2024's fad owner, we have been lucky enough to get hold of an extremely rare 500 liters large and 100 years old sherry butt. We've got some rare 100 years old 500 liters of amontillado casks Home from Bodegas La Aurora, located in the Montilla-Morile District in Andalusia.

We fill them with our 100 years old Danish barley black imperial. We fill 6 liters per share and divide the dish into 80 shares in total. Each share gives a minimum of 8 bottles whisky, bottled on 50 cl bottles.

Our experience is that real old sherry casks Despite the large volume gives a lot of flavor to the whisky. Our expectation is that the dish is ready to bottling After 6-8 years.

100 years old sherry butt

Old untouched sherry casks is just something special. We have got some rare 100 years old 500 liters of Sherry Butts home from Bodegas La Aurora, located in the Montilla-Morile District in Andalusia. years of hibernation in the Nordic Genbank in Svalbart. The variety is not effective but it tastes great and gives a very oiled distillate filled with flavorful esters to our whisky.

2023-harvest of imperial has given a fruity and fresh distillate with notes of citrus, crispy pear, dusty grain and malt sweetness. We have before bottled whisky Made on Imperial. Blue. Thy Whisky NO 3 - CRAFT CRACMER that was rated 93.5/100 in Jim Murray's whisky Bible.
