Single Cask: Cask 295 | Caramel Malt
A single cask bottling of our caramel malt whisky, matured for almost 6½ years in a PX sherry cask and bottled at cask strength.
By experimenting with the malting process, we have created a whisky with complex dark and herbal flavour notes of black tea, burnt caramel and cocoa. These interplay beautifully with the warm spices and caramelised raisin sweetness delivered by the old sherry cask, alongside a twist of citrus acidity reminiscent of oranges. A whisky with great personality, warmth and character.
