Palo Cortado is a rare type of sherry casks In ours warehouse. But they casks We have had to stay for 3-4 years now shows very convincing results.

Palo Cortado is an intermediate thing between the intense fruity oloroso and the light, bright and nutty fino sherry. One gets a bit of both, and the sherry print on the whisky Stays very soft and comfortable even at high intensity.

We think the FADType will fit really well with our intense book -smoked New Make. And we want to try with you.
