Here on the farm in Thy, things move at a gentler pace.

We still work with the same patience as always – with the grain from our own fields, our malthouse, and the casks resting and maturing all year round under the ever-changing coastal weather. That doesn’t change because of a single Friday in November.

But we do want to mark the day in our own way.

What the day will bring, we’ll only reveal a little closer to time – but you can expect it to be something we truly stand behind.

No stress. No rush.
