The product of our fields

The ingredient at the heart of our whisky. This is where the flavour starts. Our distillery is located on the Gyrup family estate. It has been in our family for 300 years. All of our whiskies are made using grains we have grown ourselves.

A modern organic farm

Thy Whisky Distillery is located in the heart of the Gyrup estate. We have been running the farm for 8 generations.

We have almost 500 hectares of land, where we grow grain for our malt and whisky, as well as feed for our dairy cows.
