Become part of our Taste Panel
Everyone can become part of our taste panel, and help to influence the direction of Thy Whisky the next several years.
We have taken hundreds of dish samples in recent months and tasted back and forth.
We have made four different bids - with different fad compositions and different intensities of smoke. Everyone is on the basis of our Bøg- and pale distillates and in blends of bourbon barrel, oloroso sherry casks and px sherry casks.
The taste set is 4 different samples of 3 cl. The taste set with a total of 12 cl whisky Costs 169 kr. We have made 200 sets. Our taste panel got the first to a set, the rest are available here after the first to mill.
All the time on the way.
- In 2010 we filled the first two barrels.
- In 2019 we opened our new single estate whisky Distillery.
- In 2024-2025 we have another new beginning for Thy Whisky.
Our increased production since 2019 means that there is a time when Thy Whisky Tapping in slightly larger quantities where we can reach wider in Denmark and the rest of the world.
We are looking forward to it. But it must
not rushed. We still have to go for a few years before we are really going to be able to tap the new, larger vintages.
