This whisky is a rich and fruity variation of our beechwood smoked "bøg" whisky, vatted from an oloroso quarter cask and a bourbon barrel re-filled from a PX cask. An oily mouthfeel with lots of ripe and dried fruit, soft oak spice, toffee and warming smoke with a hint of earthyness.

Intens trippel cask maturation of BØG

This whisky is a rich and fruity variation of our beechwood-smoked "Bøg" whisky, crafted from an oloroso quarter cask and a bourbon cask previously filled with PX sherry. It offers an oily mouthfeel with plenty of ripe and dried fruit, soft oak spice, toffee, and warming smoke with a touch of earthy nuances.

Certified organic

This whisky is created by 100% organic grain Cultivated on ours farm Gyrup. Boats farm and the distillery is certified organic to ensure clean drinking water and good animal welfare.

The Danish beechwood smoke

To smoke the malt to whisky is a powerful flavor enhancer. In the style of the traditional Danish smokehouses, we primarily use beech wood instead of peat. Beech tree is a more sustainable source of smoke. But it also delivers a warm, sweet, coal and full -bodied smoke that we have come to love.
