Elegant single cask bottling of the bourbon cask aged "Bøg"

Lightly smoked single malt whisky matured nearly six years in a single bourbon quarter cask. A nice bottling of our signature whisky 'Bøg', where the malted and lightly smoked New Make merges with notes of coconut, toasted oak and vanilla from the bourbon cask and is aged to notes of acacia honey and juicy stone fruits.

Certified organic

This whisky is made from 100% organic grain cultivated on our farm Gyrup. Both the farm and the distillery is certified organic to ensure clean drinking water and good animal welfare.

The Danish one beechwood smoke

Smoking the malt for whisky is a powerful flavor enhancer. In the style of the traditional Danish smokehouses, we primarily use beechwood instead of peat. Beech tree is a more sustainable source of smoke. But it also delivers a warm, sweet, coal like and full-bodied smoke that we have come to love.
