New cask shares online! Be part of the journey of Thy Whisky and create your very own Single Estate Whisky.

Choose between a 1st fill bourbon cask or a newcomer to the warehouse, a 120 liter 1st fill Amontillado sherry cask. Both types will be filled with a lightly beechwood smoked destillate at 59.5% ABV.

Becoming a cask share owner at Thy Whisky means joining our popular cask owners events, and follow the development of the spirit, from new make to finished whisky. In the end you will enjoy your very own bottles of Thy Whisky - cask strengh and single cask.

A couple of weeks ago, Ellen joined our team as destiller of Thy Whisky.

The family is gathered. Andreas and Ellen, Marie and Jakob.

It's been five years since we took the dive. Quit our jobs and lives in Copenhagen. Moved to Thy to unfold the dreams we had for our family farm and for Thy Whisky.

Today we have come a long way. We have a true Single Estate Whisky Distillery in full operation.

We are now 11 men and women going to work here every day. We milk the cows, we grown and sow, we malt, brew and distill. We are fortunate to have good employees and colleagues amongst us every day.

With Ellen on the daily team, another circle is closed. All four of us are employed here, working every day to fulfill the dreams, we moved here for.

A Whisky tasting for Christmas? This holiday seaso

A Whisky tasting for Christmas?
This holiday season, we will be hosting a new virtual tasting. This tasting will focus on our casks of american oak. From fresh new casks filled with our Spelt-Rye distillate to one of the oldest bourbon barrels of the warehouse. Each tasting set includes seven samples of whisky, a nosing glass and three samples of malt at a cost of 399 DKK.

To guide you through it all we will go live from our warehouse on December 29th. The tasting is in Danish, but we will provide an english resume, because whisky knows no language.
