Thy Whisky No. 13 – Stovt

Dedicated to our favorite stout “Limfjordsporter” from Thisted Bryghus. We use caramel malts in the grainbill, maturate in both bourbon, oloroso and PX casks, until finishing in casks previously used to mature this stout.

The result is an explosion of sweet notes; vanilla, dried fruits, licorice root, caramel, oakwood, dusty smoke and a hint of sweet smoke.
