It´s a big honour for us to welcome her Majesty, the queen of Denmark to our family estate and distillery this august, as she visits @thistedkommune as a part of her annual summer tour aboard her royal yacht.

The barley is sliding these days... This means that the axis breaks out and the field looks shiny, soft and light green when it weighs in the wind.
One of the barley varieties we have in the field this year is called Wish - it is not a variety we have grown before. It looks promising and now we look forward to using it in our malteri.
