This Nordic white spirit is distilled from homegrown and malted barley, Odyssey, with the full terroir of our estate, just like our whiskies. Developed in cooperation with some of the best Danish cocktail bars, this no-category spirit has a pleasant grainy, fruity flavour with a slight aroma of liquorice root and newly-cut clover grass.
In our search for perfect recipes for our whiskies, we sometimes stumble across a distillate that we think should be enjoyed as is - straight from the still!

One rhubarb stick
3 cl Destillat 1
Cut the fresh rhubarb into sticks slightly longer than your preferred glass and freeze them.
Loosely fill your glass with frozen rhubarb sticks.
Pour in 3 cl Distillate 1, top with club soda and a splash of rhubarb syrup.
This cocktail develops while you drink it. The frozen rhubarb sticks cool the drink and add flavour with every sip.
4 cl Destillat 1
1 cl Lime juice
Ginger beer to top
Fill a mug with ice.
Pour in Destillat 1 and add the lime juice.
Top with ginger beer.
Garnish with a lime wedge.
